The client, a home décor business, shared the requirement with us to design and build an online portal for them which could aesthetically demonstrate all their customized woodwork services. With this project, the client aimed at showcasing their creativity at making personalized wardrobes, modular kitchens, interior decoration, wall units & furniture.
Following are a few business statistics and process features that required Improvement:
Merchant Management
- There were no merchant follow-ups for product updates
- There was no contract management system in place–all past contracts had expired
- No regular updates of products were being made on the websites
- There was no helpdesk
Order Tracking
- They were no order tracking system in place
- They had poor shipping statuses and many orders were incomplete
Platform
- Dashboards for overall management were unavailable
- Systems with technical errors were not addressed with the vendor
Voorraadbeheer
- Product uploads & inventory lacked standardisation
- Payment commissions were not being processed properly
To briefly summarise the high-level goals of the project, The Client wanted to:
- Expand their network of registered merchants.
- Increase the number of registered & active users.
- Enhance the website UX & UI.
- Hike up the online conversion rate
De nieuwe webapp, mobiele app voor iOS en Android en een bezorgapp
Na een grondige beoordeling van de vereisten hebben we de webapplicatie geüpgraded met drie verschillende systemen voor specifieke functies: het beheerpaneel, het verkoperspaneel en de e-commercewinkel. Daarnaast bouwden we mobiele apps voor Android en iOS voor de online winkel.
We also create a Delivery app to streamline the order shipping & delivery process.
Aangeboden oplossing
TAs an efficacious solution for their web presence needs, we provided them with an aesthetically pleasing WordPress website that can serve as an effective medium to demonstrate their creativity and product innovation in the form of a neat category-wise product display. It had distinct categories for all the products including wardrobes, modular kitchens, interior decoration etc. The project culminated in an expedient website with a beautiful display of the products that could be intuitively navigated.
