The project focused on transforming a large-scale eCommerce based in Ivory Coast platform to better align with the client\u2019s growth strategy and rising customer expectations. The platform was originally limited in scalability and performance, especially during peak traffic periods. To address these limitations, the client required a modern, high-performance solution capable of supporting increased user demand and delivering a seamless online shopping experience across devices.<\/span><\/p>

The primary goal was to design and implement a scalable, secure, and fully responsive eCommerce system that could improve performance, enhance user engagement, and streamline operational workflows. The solution needed to provide a fast, intuitive, and mobile-friendly interface while integrating AI-powered personalization features such as dynamic pricing and product recommendations to boost customer retention.<\/span><\/p>

In addition to improving the user experience, the client sought seamless integration with third-party services, including payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal, logistics providers for real-time tracking, and marketing automation platforms via CRM tools. Data security and regulatory compliance were also top priorities, requiring strict adherence to GDPR, PCI-DSS, and industry best practices. Key requirements included multi-factor authentication, advanced fraud detection systems, and encrypted payment processing to ensure the safety of customer information and transactions.<\/span><\/p>

A robust data migration strategy was essential for transitioning from the legacy system to the new architecture without data loss or downtime. Real-time analytics and high-speed query capabilities were also necessary to enable data-driven decision-making. To optimize backend efficiency, the platform had to support automated order processing, inventory management, and AI-powered customer support.<\/span><\/p>

The solution was envisioned to follow an Agile development methodology, allowing for incremental releases, continuous monitoring, and iterative feature enhancements.
