The client, a leading electronics and home appliances retailer, required a comprehensive mobile commerce solution to enhance its digital presence and improve customer engagement. The objective was to develop end-user mobile applications (Android/iOS) that seamlessly integrate with their existing Magento eCommerce platform. The mobile apps needed to offer a user-friendly shopping experience, enabling customers to browse product categories, search, filter, and sort items, as well as make secure online payments. Additionally, the solution required integration with loyalty programs, promotions, and social media platforms to drive customer retention and engagement.
