In collaboration with one of the largest legal recruiting agencies in the USA, we embarked on a journey to enhance their outdated internal CRM application.     The project comprised two major phases: revamping the existing CRM to meet current needs and transitioning it into a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for future scalability.     • Streamlined Registration & Placement Process:<\/strong> We redesigned the registration process with a multi-step intake system. We also improved the placement process for data collection and integration with the homepage for reporting and charting purposes.<\/li>

      This phase, not yet implemented, focuses on strategically transforming the system into a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Key features include:<\/p>
