Business Requirement
The business requirement was to build a website, mobile application and a solid back-end admin panel for an online portal that will cater to its users with classified ads. The purpose behind building this system was to enable users to instantly avail information about various services available and possible vendors for each service. As the target audience of the project was middle east, client also wanted the app to be bilingual so that the information would be available in both the languages: English and Arabic according to the country accessed from. The client requirement also entailed elaborate dashboards to enable strong reporting to the management regarding the status of schools, their invoices and their expiry and renewal.
Solution
Our experts analyzed the specific set of needs the client had mentioned and decided to build the the platform in Cakephp to accomplish the client’s business goals in the most efficient manner.
We built the admin section equipped with the feature to update all the information related to services and vendors in both the languages. For this the PHP APIs supply the language specific information to the app based on the language passed.
